Thamo Telele meaning long neck in the local language Setswana means “long neck.” The lodge prides itself with having a herd of 20 resident Giraffe which one can view from very up-close. Home to an abundance of wildlife, you have the chance to spot other animals such as, zebra, springbok, ostrich, eland, gemsbok, and kudu.

The lodge has 10 luxury tents and 2 chalets which are spacious and well-appointed. They are all en suite and have private verandas where you can enjoy the peaceful bush setting. The lodge has a welcoming main area where you can enjoy spending time in the lounge, at the bar or around the roaring campfire. As the reserve is free from dangerous wildlife, take the opportunity to explore the bush on the marked walking trails. Horse riding through the reserve is also available.
